If you receive a Notice of Claim Status, in most cases you have 90 days to request a hearing before the Industrial Commission. The Rules of Procedure are unique to the Industrial Commission. Some documents must be submitted 25 days before the hearing and others 15 days. It takes an attorney experienced at the Industrial Commission to know the difference.
